Senior Conference Producer

About the role

Tahaluf Al Emarat, the leading B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Conference Producer to drive high‑impact conference programmes for its flagship events. You will work closely with global speakers, sponsors and internal teams to deliver seamless, large‑scale conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑level industry conference programmes aligned with event objectives.
• Liaise with key professionals, institutions and companies to secure relevant content and speakers.
• Engage recommended speakers, confirm attendance and manage the speaker database.
• Prepare and communicate creative briefs to the Marketing team.
• Support the Sponsorship team by providing qualified leads and attend sales meetings as needed.
• Oversee on‑site speaker coordination and order of show during the event.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in conference or event production.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with expert speakers worldwide.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering record‑breaking events.
