Senior Construction Manager – Large‑Scale Project (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a landmark project that supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. The role oversees the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring the project meets specifications, schedule, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all construction activities from inception to hand‑over.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers and subcontractors to ensure clear execution of the project vision.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders, providing proactive updates.
• Resolve conflicts and address any issues that arise during construction promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Experience with cultural or civic projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English; Saudi candidates are highly preferred.
