Senior Construction Manager – Quality (Luxury Projects)

About the role

The Senior Construction Manager (Quality) will lead on‑site execution of high‑end infrastructure projects, primarily ultra‑luxury hospitality and residential developments. You will ensure that work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage construction activities for luxury projects.
• Supervise site operations, monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications and work plans.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing timely delivery of materials and services.
• Control costs, allocate resources and manage project risks.
• Implement corrective actions for delays, defects or non‑compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 20‑25 years of proven experience managing high‑end infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, industry standards and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, team management and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
