Senior Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, diagnose business challenges, and design data‑driven solutions across strategy, operations and digital transformation for executive‑level clients in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and deliver measurable results.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and prepare structured presentations.
• Provide clear recommendations to senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role.
• Proven track record of leading complex client projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross‑functional teams and mentor junior colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic knowledge and experience in the GCC region are a plus.
• Saudi national, willing to work on‑site in Riyadh and travel occasionally.
