Senior Consultant – People & Organisation

About the role

PwC’s Academy Middle East is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its People and Organisation team in Riyadh. You will work on cross‑functional client projects, helping organisations navigate complex people challenges and drive sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic people matters and design solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Collaborate with PwC colleagues across the region, taking ownership of project work with limited supervision.
• Mentor and support junior team members, including Consultants, throughout project delivery.
• Develop expertise in HR transformation, performance management, organisation design, change management and people analytics.
• Stay current on regional and global economic, business and HR trends to inform client recommendations.
• Contribute to proposal development and business development activities for KSA and the wider Middle East.
• Work with international teams as needed to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Achievement‑oriented, flexible and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: CIPD, GPHR, SHRM or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of experience solving human‑capital challenges in a consulting setting.
