Senior Contracts Management Engineer

About the role

The Senior Contracts Management Engineer will lead the full contract lifecycle for large‑scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior project leadership, the role ensures contracts are drafted, negotiated, administered and executed in line with Hill International policies and KSA procurement law.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract drafting, negotiation, implementation and compliance throughout the project.
• Identify contractual risks, manage change orders, claims and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and project teams to align contract terms with commercial objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor contract deliverables, milestones and deadlines, and conduct regular audits.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to contract management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts management within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of KSA procurement law and international contract standards.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance and project teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
