Senior Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist will lead the company’s internal and external communication efforts across multiple subsidiaries. This role combines social media management, content creation, exhibition coordination, and brand stewardship to support corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate social media accounts, create editorial calendars, produce bilingual copy, and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Design marketing visuals using Adobe Illustrator and collaborate with external designers for complex assets.
• Oversee vendor relationships, submit purchase requests through the ERP system, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end exhibition participation, including logistics, booth setup, sample coordination, and on‑site management.
• Prepare and redesign management‑level presentations in line with brand guidelines for various business units.
• Apply brand standards consistently across all communication materials and support the production of collateral such as datasheets and company profiles.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to inform marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on MarCom experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with publicly listed companies or IPO processes is preferred.
• Proven track record in corporate social media management with measurable results.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and payment request workflows.
