Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to protect and harden our operational technology (OT) and industrial control system (ICS) environments. You will work closely with engineering, automation, IT and operations teams to ensure secure deployment of critical electrical manufacturing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions for OT/ICS, including SCADA and PLC networks.
• Conduct security, risk and vulnerability assessments for OT environments.
• Develop and enforce network security controls, segmentation, monitoring and access management.
• Perform system hardening and security configuration for industrial control systems.
• Manage vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation across OT assets.
• Maintain OT/ICS security policies, procedures and controls.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NCA and other relevant standards.
• Support incident response, investigations and continuous security improvement.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of cybersecurity experience with strong exposure to OT/ICS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with SCADA, PLC networks and industrial control architectures.
• Deep knowledge of OT network security, risk assessment, system hardening and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 and NCA cybersecurity requirements.
