Senior Datastage Solution Architect

About the role

The Senior Datastage Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑scale data integration solutions using IBM DataStage and related technologies. The role requires deep expertise across the IBM data integration suite and the ability to translate business requirements into robust data warehouse and data lake architectures.

Required profile

• 12‑14+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM DataStage (v11.x) and the full IBM Data Integration portfolio, including QualityStage, Information Analyzer and IBM Db2.
• Proven track record as a Lead or Principal Architect on 2‑3 large‑scale, end‑to‑end data warehouse or data lake projects.
• Expert knowledge of Parallel Job mechanics, custom routine development and performance tuning.
• Strong experience integrating DataStage with Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop/Hive and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift and Azure Synapse.
• Advanced Unix/Linux shell scripting and proficiency with grid schedulers (Control‑M, Tivoli, Autosys).
