Senior Design Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead the architectural vision from concept through construction documentation for large‑scale projects. The role involves ensuring design quality, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff while driving value engineering and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, IFC packages, materials, and mock‑ups for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support tenant fit‑outs, leasing layouts, and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare design presentations, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Drive design excellence, value engineering, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior architects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with an active Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale retail, commercial, mixed‑use, hospitality, or residential developments.
• Strong expertise in design development, construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and building standards.
