Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

GT Medical is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead its digital presence, generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness. You will work on‑site, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising and lead‑generation programmes.
• Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing and conversion optimisation, and adjust targeting, creative assets and budgets to maximise ROI and KPIs.
• Manage and optimise digital channels such as website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and content marketing.
• Track, analyse and report on metrics like traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, CPL, ROAS and ROI using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to produce high‑quality digital assets.
• Oversee digital marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing integrated digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑driven, results‑oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
