Senior Director, Controlling & Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Director, Controlling & Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the Controlling and FP&A functions for Boutique Group, a luxury hospitality company transforming historic palaces into boutique hotels. Reporting to the CFO, you will safeguard financial integrity, provide insightful analysis to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board, and translate corporate strategy into actionable financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual business plans for the Controlling and FP&A departments, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Prepare multi‑year financial forecasts, advise on the financial impact of strategic options, and report progress to the CFO.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team across both departments, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, management reporting, and performance analysis, highlighting opportunities and risks.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance functions.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams in a fast‑growing, high‑visibility environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate corporate goals into financial plans.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior executives and board members.
