Senior Electrical Engineer – Riyadh

About the role

Qamat construction is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join its Riyadh team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality electromechanical solutions across a range of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and develop detailed Electrical Shop Drawings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts and ensure accurate construction documentation.
• Oversee the implementation of power, lighting, low‑current, and fire‑alarm systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Support BIM workflows and maintain model integrity throughout project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of electrical engineering experience in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Experience with BIM processes.
• Expertise in preparing Electrical Shop Drawings.
