Senior Engineering Professional

About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals in Saudi Arabia, partnering with leading organisations. The role suits engineers with strong technical expertise and proven project delivery experience, able to work in large-scale, regulated and fast-paced environments. It covers several engineering disciplines and fits backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, industrial, process, manufacturing or project engineering, especially in construction, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, utilities and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through to execution and commissioning
• Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical, operational and project challenges
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors and clients
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international codes and health, safety and environmental requirements
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and regulatory authorities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, industrial or related)
• 7-15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and project scope
• Proven experience on complex projects in construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial or oil & gas environments
• Familiarity with Saudi standards, international codes and industry regulations
• Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal English (Arabic is an advantage); ability to work independently and in multicultural teams
