Senior Engineering Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex engineering projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of engineering projects from initiation through execution to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Ensure all project activities comply with technical specifications and approved engineering standards.
• Monitor progress, control costs, and maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate work across civil, electrical, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Organize and run project meetings, prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience in engineering project management.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale budgets.
