Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant – Al Ula

About the role

AESG is seeking a Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant to lead and support fire safety projects for its growing Al Ula team. You will work alongside multidisciplinary specialists to deliver high‑quality fire and life‑safety solutions for residential, commercial and hotel developments in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and project management tasks, reporting to Associates, Principals and Directors.
• Provide technical support to junior staff and ensure high‑quality FLS submittals with QA/QC ownership.
• Create and edit drawings and sketches in line with AESG CAD and PDF standards.
• Prepare and review architectural fire and life‑safety drawings and strategy reports.
• Participate in financial planning for the department, including pipeline forecasting and efficient project delivery.
• Stay current with fire & life‑safety codes (NFPA, SBC, IBC, UAE FLS) and apply them across project scopes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of fire & life‑safety technical experience.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in fire safety engineering for residential, commercial and hotel sectors in the Middle East.
• Solid understanding of building services engineering and interdisciplinary design processes.
• Ability to manage tasks within time and budget constraints.
