Senior Fire Protection Engineer – Al Ula

About the role

AESG is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to lead consultancy services for fire safety projects across the Middle East, based in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia. You will manage project delivery, conduct site inspections, and support business development while ensuring compliance with local fire codes.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage client‑facing fire protection projects from design to completion.
• Deliver consultancy assignments on time, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Lead inspections, design reviews, and plan assessments for fire protection and life‑safety systems.
• Prepare fire protection strategy reports, designs, and technical reviews.
• Present findings and liaise with civil defence and relevant fire‑life‑safety authorities.
• Support junior engineers and assist in proposal preparation.
• Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in fire protection engineering.
• Professional Engineer qualification (CFPS, FE, NFPA or equivalent).
