Senior Fit-Out Construction Manager – AlUla

About the role

Craft Industrial Company seeks a Senior Fit-Out Construction Manager to lead daily site execution of high‑end fit‑out projects in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The role demands a hands‑on leader who can manage multiple work fronts, subcontractors and logistics under fast‑track, high‑pressure conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all fit‑out works, including architectural finishes, stone, joinery, ceilings, partitions, doors, glazing, metal works, waterproofing and specialist finishes.
• Break down the project schedule into practical daily and weekly work plans for engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and foremen.
• Walk the site each day to verify progress, identify delays, remove obstacles and ensure availability of drawings, materials, manpower, permits and inspections.
• Control subcontractor performance by setting targets, monitoring productivity and escalating recovery actions when needed.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, HSE, engineering, commercial and handover teams to keep works moving.
• Identify critical and delayed activities early, especially those affecting handover, testing, commissioning and client acceptance.
• Ensure quality is verified before consultant inspection and that work is clean, complete and ready for approval.

Required profile

• Senior‑level construction professional with extensive experience in premium fit‑out, hospitality, cultural, heritage, public realm, resort, spa/wellness or mixed‑use projects.
• Proven ability to work under rush, high‑pressure, fast‑track schedules and changing site priorities while remaining calm and solution‑focused.
• Strong leadership on‑site, capable of driving daily execution and managing multiple subcontractors.

Required skills

• Fit‑out construction techniques (architectural finishes, stone, joinery, ceilings, partitions, doors, glazing, metal works, waterproofing).
• Coordination with MEP and ELV systems.
• Project scheduling and work‑plan development.
• Subcontractor management and productivity monitoring.
• Quality control, inspection readiness and handling of WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, snags and punch lists.
• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance.
