Senior FullStack Developer - Flutter/Node/React (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full‑Stack Developer who can lead a cross‑functional team of backend, frontend and mobile engineers. The role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, ensuring high‑quality delivery of web and mobile applications for our Saudi‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assign, track and follow up on daily development tasks for backend, frontend and mobile squads.
• Monitor progress against milestones, remove blockers and keep delivery timelines on schedule.
• Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards and mentor team members.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker container environments and ensure smooth deployments.
• Collaborate with the CTO and senior management to report technical status and align on architecture.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams (backend, frontend, mobile).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and team‑management skills.
• Fluent Arabic speaker is required.
