Senior Healthcare Consulting Leader – Riyadh

About the role

This senior leadership position will drive the growth of a global advisory firm’s healthcare practice in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, the role focuses on strategy, transformation and long‑term client relationship building across the Saudi health sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand senior relationships across the Saudi healthcare ecosystem.
• Originate and convert new advisory engagements into long‑term client work.
• Lead delivery of complex consulting assignments covering strategy, transformation and operations.
• Mentor and build high‑performing consulting teams.
• Play a central role in establishing the firm’s healthcare practice in the Kingdom.

Required profile

• Strong network within the Saudi healthcare sector with direct access to senior decision‑makers.
• Saudi national with background in healthcare or life sciences, preferably with exposure to government or large providers.
• Recent experience in management consulting (Big 4 or Tier 1‑3 firms preferred).
• Senior‑level experience: Senior Manager (10+ years), Director (15+ years) or Partner (20+ years).
• Proven track record in business development and client origination.
• Subject‑matter expertise in healthcare systems and transformation.
