Senior HR Specialist

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Specialist provides comprehensive support across HR functions, including employee counselling, policy guidance, and handling confidential information. This role ensures compliance with legal requirements and contributes to a positive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new talent profiles in the ERP system.
• Manage GOSI, medical insurance, employee vacations and business trips.
• Maintain and update employee records, both digital and paper.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor legislation.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance matters with confidentiality.
• Review employee timesheets and assist in personnel investigations.
• Issue administrative resolutions, certificates and letters for internal and external use.
• Explain HR policies, procedures, laws and standards to staff.
• Prepare and maintain leave records and generate required reports.
• Coordinate hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
