Senior HR Specialist (Saudi National)

About the role

The Senior HR Specialist will lead the Human Resources function for a fast‑growing company based in Al Khobar, supporting its operations across the Gulf region. The role focuses on building scalable HR frameworks, ensuring compliance with Saudi and GCC labour regulations, and driving the company’s Saudisation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the HR department, overseeing policies, procedures and day‑to‑day operations.
• Design organisational structures and workforce plans aligned with expansion goals and Gulf‑region requirements.
• Prepare, negotiate and administer employee contracts and job structures in full compliance with Saudi labour law.
• Implement a scalable HR framework that supports rapid growth and regional expansion.
• Oversee HR operations in all Gulf branches, ensuring consistent governance and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor internal HR policies to maintain alignment with Saudi and GCC labour regulations.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preferably in startups or fast‑growing companies.
• Advanced knowledge of Saudi labour law and government platforms (Qiwa, Misa, Mudad, GOSI, Saudi Business Center).
• Strong track record in preparing and managing employee contracts and job structures.
• Professional level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
