Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure initiatives across multi‑cloud environments. The role blends hands‑on technical execution with architectural leadership, focusing on automation, observability, and sustainable infrastructure design for internal and client‑facing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead architecture initiatives from scoping through deployment and optimization.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, container workloads, and Helm chart lifecycle.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Implement observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
• Collaborate with client teams to transfer knowledge and establish operational practices.
• Support cloud security best practices, including IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and governance.
• Mentor team members and work asynchronously with globally distributed teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects.
