Senior IT Project Manager – Cloud & AI Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large‑scale Cloud and AI transformation program. The role is fully onsite at the client’s headquarters and spans the entire project lifecycle, from discovery through to operational handover.

Key responsibilities

• Govern the end‑to‑end program, chair steering committee meetings and manage risk, schedule and phase‑gate reviews.
• Develop and maintain a detailed Microsoft Project plan and oversee a multi‑disciplinary consulting and engineering team.
• Coordinate onsite workshops, map business workflows and ensure agile scope flexibility.
• Drive technical delivery including discovery, high‑level and low‑level design, cloud foundation build, data‑fabric deployment and API integrations.
• Lead AI implementation such as Digital Assistant MVPs, custom SaaS workspaces and machine‑learning model prototypes.
• Manage user‑acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, training and formal handover to operations.
• Oversee project financials, milestone tracking and invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑phase IT transformation projects.
• Strong governance and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to run steering committees and risk reviews.
• Comfortable working full‑time onsite and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Senior‑level expertise in managing large consulting and engineering deliveries.
