Senior IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to act as the primary liaison between our China headquarters and overseas subsidiaries. You will own end‑to‑end IT infrastructure deployment, system operations and asset management for office and retail sites while ensuring local environments align with global corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate IT standards, policies and security requirements; align local infrastructure with global architecture and drive remediation.
• Deliver full‑cycle IT infrastructure projects for offices and retail stores, including site surveys, cabling design, hardware deployment and system commissioning.
• Establish and manage a standardized PC endpoint framework, handling bulk deployments, ongoing support and business‑application troubleshooting.
• Maintain AV conferencing systems, access‑control, CCTV, IP telephony and multi‑function printers.
• Administer DNS and DHCP services and resolve a wide range of network incidents independently.
• Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle: procurement, inventory, maintenance, audits and retirement.
• Administer core enterprise systems such as Active Directory, PBX, email platforms, Citrix virtualization and Synology NAS.
• Provide on‑site support together with HQ security and network teams, liaise with regulators, auditors and third‑party vendors, and ensure service‑delivery quality.
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs to continuously standardise local IT workflows.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with autonomous workload prioritisation and proactive risk identification.
• Strong project coordination skills: break down tasks, track progress, anticipate risks and communicate updates to HQ.
• Solid knowledge of PC hardware, Windows and macOS operating systems, and proven experience in endpoint standardisation.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS with the ability to resolve common network issues.
• Hands‑on experience planning and executing hardware installations and system deployments following corporate standards.
• Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, email systems, PBX, Citrix virtualization and NAS administration.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator) are preferred.
• Business‑fluent English for stakeholder communication and documentation; comfortable working across time zones and multicultural teams.
