Senior Legal Officer

About the role

The Senior Legal Officer will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is pivotal in managing legal documentation, overseeing litigation matters, and advising internal stakeholders on legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions and guidance to management and various departments.
• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, addendums, and other legal documents.
• Maintain and update a centralized database for legal documents and case files.
• Support litigation processes by analyzing documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating evidence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement legal decisions and supply required information to dispute committees.
• Oversee the legal operations framework and ensure all necessary information is available for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Creativity and innovation in addressing legal challenges.
