Senior Logistics Officer – Aviation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Officer to lead the planning, coordination and execution of logistics activities that support maintenance operations, AOG events and strategic initiatives for a growing national airline.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics support for aircraft maintenance and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.
• Execute logistics operations in line with aviation and trade regulations.
• Manage strategic operational initiatives that require supply‑chain expertise.
• Ensure compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and Saudi GACA import/export rules.

Required profile

• Eligibility to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of logistics experience in the aviation or aerospace sector, including international shipping and customs handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics tracking systems and ERP tools.
• Experience using AMOS and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of IATA DGR, GACA import/export regulations and aviation customs compliance.
