Senior Maintenance Engineer - Civil Engineering

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer in civil engineering to join its team in Al Khobar. The role manages and oversees maintenance activities for civil engineering projects so that all systems run efficiently and in line with industry standards, supporting large-to-mega projects in the oil and energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities while meeting project schedules and milestones
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6)
• Track progress, identify delays and prepare recovery plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and contractor teams
• Present schedule updates and maintenance reports to management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in maintenance engineering
• Experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore or infrastructure projects
• Background in scheduling and planning for large-to-mega projects

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling practices
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6)
