About the role

The Senior Manager, Business & Innovation – Remote Sites will lead the development of new client relationships and support the renewal of key accounts across B2B and B2G markets. The role focuses on market intelligence, growth strategy execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver competitive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships in B2B and B2G markets to expand company presence.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for new and existing clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Present quarterly and annual results to the EVP, highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and legal teams to create compliant proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
• Manage sensitive client records, including proposals, contracts, and invoices.
• Drive sales results through the business development team and monitor competitive activities.
• Provide market‑specific support to regional sales teams in the west, central, and east regions.
• Organize training programs for the sales team and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• 7‑8 years of overall professional experience.
• 5‑6 years of experience in business development or related functions.
