Senior Manager, Digital Opinion Leaders

About the role

The Senior Manager, Digital Opinion Leaders will design and lead the Digital Opinion Leader (DOL) engagement strategy for the Medical Affairs function in Riyadh. Working at the crossroads of medical science, digital communication and stakeholder outreach, you will ensure that accurate, evidence‑based health information reaches both healthcare professionals and the public in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and prioritize physicians and healthcare professionals with strong scientific credibility and an active digital presence.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with Digital Opinion Leaders to co‑create non‑promotional educational content such as videos, webinars, podcasts and articles.
• Develop and execute digital medical communication plans that expand the reach of medical education while maintaining scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Communications and Marketing—to align digital initiatives with overall brand and compliance standards.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and provide insights to continuously improve engagement and impact.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related health science discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical, healthcare communications or digital health, with proven engagement of physicians, KOLs or DOLs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting medical or scientific communication, medical education or disease‑awareness initiatives.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to accurately adapt and convey scientific content in both languages.
• Strong scientific communication skills and the ability to convey balanced medical messages to diverse audiences.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and sound judgement in compliance‑sensitive environments.
