Senior Manager – FF&E & OS&E for Hospitality Projects

About the role

The Senior Manager – FF&E & OS&E will lead the end‑to‑end planning, procurement, logistics and installation of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment and Operating Supplies & Equipment for luxury hospitality developments at Qiddiya. You will ensure that all packages meet brand standards, project requirements and quality expectations from concept through hotel opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FF&E and OS&E activities for hospitality projects from concept through opening.
• Develop and manage budgets, procurement schedules, logistics plans and installation programs.
• Ensure compliance with operator brand standards, project specifications and quality expectations.
• Support tendering, supplier evaluation and contract award processes.
• Review quotations, technical submissions, mock‑ups, samples and material approvals.
• Collaborate with hotel operators, designers, consultants and project stakeholders to define detailed requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, mock‑up evaluations and value‑engineering exercises.
• Monitor manufacturing progress, shipping, customs clearance, warehousing and delivery timelines.
• Act as primary point of contact for all FF&E and OS&E matters across assigned projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 9 years of experience managing FF&E and OS&E for luxury hotels, resorts or large‑scale hospitality projects.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end FF&E/OS&E for hotel developments.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality procurement, logistics and operational requirements.
• Experience working with procurement consultants and within governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with operator brand standards and KSA/GCC market preferred.
