Senior Manager – Landscape

About the role

The Senior Manager – Landscape provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for landscape maintenance across Red Sea Global destinations. The role ensures high‑quality, sustainable, and efficient landscape services while meeting client expectations and contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual landscape maintenance plans, operational strategies and resource requirements.
• Lead Landscape Managers, Supervisors and field teams, ensuring clear accountability and performance.
• Oversee softscape, horticultural, irrigation, plant health and seasonal activities to meet quality standards.
• Manage manpower planning, productivity, budgeting, cost control and procurement coordination.
• Monitor KPIs related to landscape quality, productivity, water efficiency and service performance.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, HSE, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives and operational readiness for new projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture or related field.
• 12‑15 years progressive experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in large‑scale, luxury hospitality or resort landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, plant health, budgeting and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
