Senior Manager - Production & Technical Integration

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive Expo‑wide Events & Entertainment production operations across all venues and sites for Expo 2030 Riyadh. The role ensures effective planning, coordination, operational readiness and flawless execution of rehearsals, shows and logistics, while integrating production needs with site‑wide services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of production operations across multiple venues, managing schedules, workflows and resource deployment to maintain safe and efficient execution.
• Oversee venue and back‑of‑house activities, including setup, changeovers, occupancy transitions and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Plan and execute rehearsals and live show operations, providing operational support and resolving issues in real time.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials and personnel, ensuring timely availability and recovery for concurrent events.
• Drive operational readiness assessments, mitigation planning and integration of production requirements with broader Expo operational services.
• Serve as the primary liaison between production teams and internal stakeholders, delivering performance reports and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large‑scale entertainment or event production, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing venue operations, back‑of‑house activities, rehearsals, logistics and show execution in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Experience integrating production requirements with site‑wide operational services and leading operational readiness planning for live events.
