Senior Manager, SAP Project

About the role

The Senior Manager, SAP Project will lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP initiatives for SOPC, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will act as the primary delivery lead within the SAP Center of Excellence, translating business needs into executable SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope, schedule, resource, budget and manage risks for SAP projects, including enhancements, upgrades, integrations and new module rollouts.
• Ensure projects adhere to SAP COE standards, governance frameworks, enterprise architecture, data governance and cybersecurity policies.
• Coordinate dependencies across SAP modules and related digital initiatives.
• Engage business stakeholders and federations to gather requirements, manage expectations and ensure business readiness.
• Facilitate steering committees, status reviews and governance forums, acting as the main escalation point for risks, issues and change requests.
• Manage relationships with system integrators, implementation partners and support vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale SAP projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP standards, governance and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and cross‑functional teams.
