Senior Marketing Services Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Marketing Services Manager to act as a strategic partner for issuer clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will leverage Visa’s marketing platforms, data insights and technology to design and execute campaigns that grow card portfolios, increase spend and deepen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a marketing‑technology advisor to banks, fintechs and other financial institutions, translating business goals into effective campaign strategies.
• Design end‑to‑end multi‑channel programs that drive card acquisition, activation, spend stimulation and retention.
• Collaborate with issuer marketing teams to implement campaigns using Visa’s platforms, sponsorship assets, tools and data.
• Present performance insights, technology solutions and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Build trusted advisory relationships and champion digital transformation and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level marketing roles within payments, financial services or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, audience segmentation and personalization.
• Strong track record of partnering with B2B clients and delivering measurable business outcomes.
