Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and campaigns. You will help strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels aligned with growth strategy.
• Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives targeting qualified prospects.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
• Manage marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, landing pages, and website content.
• Track and analyse performance metrics including leads, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with events, partnerships, and promotional activities as needed.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
• Document and report on marketing activities accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment with some B2C exposure.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, analytics tools, and lead management processes.
• Prior exposure to industrial, technical, or tools‑related sectors is a plus.
