Senior Mechanical Engineer – Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Buildings team in Riyadh. The role involves delivering high‑quality mechanical building services solutions across a variety of public and private projects, from concept through detailed design and construction support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical building services designs, calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
• Deliver projects from concept design through construction stages, including surveys and assessments of existing buildings.
• Produce and review mechanical design drawings and engineering calculations.
• Develop sustainable and energy‑efficient design solutions and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other disciplines, supporting project planning within agreed programmes and budgets.
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers and assist senior engineers and project managers.

Required profile

• Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mechanical building services design for the built environment.
• Knowledge of Saudi building regulations, standards and industry best practice.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
