Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to maintain and evolve three Flutter‑based applications. You will ensure the apps remain buildable, shippable, and compliant with store requirements while delivering new features and modernising legacy code.

Key responsibilities

• Tri­age and resolve field‑reported defects (GPS, permissions, camera, offline replay, push notifications, OS regressions).
• Keep all three applications buildable and shippable through SDK upgrades, Gradle and Xcode migrations, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
• Plan and execute a phased migration of the legacy app to Dart 3 with sound null safety.
• Develop new screens and task flows from Azure Boards, supporting full localisation and RTL layout.
• Maintain mobile security posture using freeRASP, secure storage, obfuscated builds, and mock‑location detection.
• Own the end‑to‑end release train for App Store and Google Play.
• Increase automated test coverage across the codebase.
• Participate in incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and on‑call support rotations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience shipping and owning production Flutter applications on both iOS and Android.
• Proven end‑to‑end release management experience for mobile apps.
• Ability to work within an inherited architecture with limited test coverage and outdated dependencies.
• Experience with offline‑first mobile applications used in field contexts.
• Comfort working in Agile delivery environments and participating in out‑of‑hours support.
