Senior NCS Engineer

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a Senior NCS Engineer to lead the design and implementation of SCADA and RTU solutions across multiple sites. You will work with a global team to create scalable system architectures that support the energy transition and industrial digitalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design SCADA and RTU engineering solutions, including feasibility testing and validation.
• Build scalable SCADA layouts, HMI graphics, alarm management strategies, and database links.
• Interpret technical documentation such as P&IDs, FLDs, logic diagrams, and C&E matrices.
• Lead engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and enforce coding and technical standards.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and specifications.
• Conduct inspections with customers to assess quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support contract management and knowledge‑management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SCADA/RTU system design and implementation.
• Strong ability to analyse complex technical information and resolve discrepancies.
• Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
