Senior Planning Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to manage inventory across Almarai’s sales depots in Riyadh. The role ensures that stock levels align with the company’s inventory policy, monitors SKU performance, and drives timely replenishment to support uninterrupted product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels for all active SKUs and generate service‑level reports.
• Analyze sales trends and identify ageing inventory to minimise expiries.
• Prepare consolidated replenishment orders and submit them to the Central Planning Platform (CPP) for approval.
• Upload CPP‑approved orders into SAP and track order execution with sales depots.
• Produce weekly reefer turnaround delay reports and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve stock fluctuations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply planning.
• Proven ability to manage a large number of SKUs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of business and sales trends.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
