Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations for large‑scale hotel, hospitality and high‑rise building projects. The role involves developing procurement strategies, sourcing specialised materials and subcontractors, and supporting delivery within budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for hotel, hospitality and high‑rise construction projects.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for construction materials, FF&E, MEP systems, finishing packages and subcontractor services.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers for luxury hotel and tower developments.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract awards to achieve optimal value.
• Coordinate with project directors, construction teams, consultants and design managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor procurement schedules to support critical project milestones.
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships to improve quality, cost efficiency and delivery performance.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for construction materials and specialised hospitality packages.
• Manage procurement risks and develop mitigation plans for supply‑chain challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications and contractual obligations.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost‑saving initiatives and executive‑level presentations.
• Lead and mentor procurement teams across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering procurement packages for luxury hotels, hospitality developments and high‑rise towers.
