Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

Azure, a leading residential compound operator in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead procurement activities across its premium residential communities. The role will use the Yardi Property Management System to manage the full procurement cycle and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes in Yardi, including requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier onboarding and contract tracking.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation and negotiations for maintenance, engineering, facilities, housekeeping, landscaping, security and corporate needs.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency and reliable service.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and service agreements to deliver optimal value.
• Monitor supplier performance, enforce contractual compliance and uphold company standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, Engineering and Finance teams to provide timely procurement support across all compounds.
• Analyse spend data, identify cost‑saving opportunities and produce procurement reports.
• Maintain accurate vendor databases, contracts and records within Yardi.
• Stay informed on market trends, new suppliers and innovative products that enhance business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field.
• 4–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate, property management, facilities or hospitality.
• Hands‑on experience with the Yardi Property Management System.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management and contract administration.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
