Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for locally sourced goods and services, ensuring cost‑effective, compliant, and timely acquisition that supports business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle: supplier sourcing, qualification, RFQs, competitive bidding, and purchase order issuance.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements while maintaining a reliable approved supplier base.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, reconcile PO, goods receipt, and invoices, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier records, monitor performance against service levels, and address performance issues.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives, conduct spend analysis, and promote procurement efficiency.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably within the KSA market and regulated distribution or healthcare environments.
• Hands‑on experience running RFQs and negotiating price and payment terms.
• Familiarity with ERP procurement modules, including requisition, purchase order creation, and three‑way match.
