Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and purchasing of goods, materials, and services essential to our operations. The role will directly impact cost control, efficiency, and profit margins through strategic procurement and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and process timely requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials, sub‑assemblies, and finished goods.
• Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure on‑time and accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to inspect deliveries and verify compliance with specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery, and service levels.
• Communicate daily with suppliers, organize meetings, and address supply issues.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve procurement‑related concerns.
• Research and identify new suppliers to enhance supply‑chain resilience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record in supplier management and cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using procurement tools.
• Knowledge of Aramco procurement standards.
• Knowledge of SABIC procurement standards.
