Senior Product Manager – Digital Investment Platform

About the role

Sarmad School is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Thamar, a mission‑critical digital investment platform serving the Saudi financial sector. You will translate market needs, client expectations, and regulatory requirements into a clear product vision that drives growth and delivers high‑quality digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Thamar platform.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business goals, customer needs and platform impact.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, designers, engineers and implementation teams to deliver end‑to‑end digital experiences across onboarding, portfolio management, cash management, reporting and integrations.
• Drive products from concept through launch while balancing commercial objectives, user experience and technical excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap for SaaS platforms.
• Track record of leading product launches and measuring post‑launch performance.
• Experience with digital investment platforms, asset management or wealth operations.
• Business‑fluent English and ability to work within +/- 3 hours of Cairo time.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, designers, engineers and implementation teams.
