Senior Product Specialist

About the role

The Senior Product Specialist will support customers and business activities within the Saudi Eastern Zone, developing expertise in surgical procedures, product lines and the local healthcare market. The role combines clinical support, relationship building and sales strategy implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of key surgical procedures, product lines and the Saudi Eastern Zone market.
• Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, including demonstrations and on‑site assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital decision‑makers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the full product portfolio in hospitals and operating rooms, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research on tenders, surgery statistics and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Saudi market, preferably in the Eastern Zone.
• Background knowledge of general surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, urology and minimally invasive procedures.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
