Senior Product Specialist

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Senior Product Specialist for their Riyadh office. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, monitoring market dynamics, and supporting product launch and lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, clinical experts, and institutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Support the development and implementation of product launch and lifecycle management plans.
• Act as a key internal point of contact, ensuring alignment and effective communication across relevant functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a specialty focus.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Saudi nationality due to Saudization requirements.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Riyadh.
