Senior Project Auditor

About the role

Riyadh Holding Company is seeking a Senior Project Auditor to evaluate controls, risk management practices, and governance across its development and real‑estate projects. The role focuses on risk‑based audits, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations that support project success and the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk‑based audits of real‑estate and development projects.
• Review project feasibility studies, budgets, procurement processes, contractor management, and cost controls.
• Evaluate project performance, timelines, and causes of delays, including financial and contractual implications.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk‑management practices.
• Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop audit findings and recommendations, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate results to management.
• Ensure audit activities comply with professional standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in project auditing, project controls, construction, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls, project governance, and audit principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report‑writing skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
