Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity (Riyadh)

About the role
We are seeking a senior Project Manager to lead cybersecurity initiatives in Riyadh. The role will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensure compliance, and act as the main liaison between finance, vendors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end contract administration, including lifecycle management, compliance tracking, and coordination with legal and procurement.
- Oversee project financials by validating invoices, managing payment schedules, and tracking costs against approved budgets.
- Serve as the primary interface with finance departments and external vendors to resolve billing issues and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity project teams to align contractual obligations with technical deliverables.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing cybersecurity projects.
- Strong background in contract administration and financial control.
- Proven ability to work with legal, procurement, finance, and vendor stakeholders.
- Preference will be given to candidates eligible for Saudization.
