Senior Project Manager – Fitout

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Senior Project Manager to lead high‑end fit‑out projects for 5‑star hotels, luxury retail and commercial destinations across Saudi Arabia. The role involves full responsibility for project delivery, from contract review through to site execution and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract documentation, project schedules, bills of quantity and design information to develop and implement a comprehensive project plan.
• Direct and motivate project staff to achieve milestones while maintaining quality and budget targets.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and consultants, recording meeting outcomes and issuing instructions to the project team.
• Manage all local authority submissions, approvals and inspections to ensure a fully commissioned handover.
• Oversee material submittals, shop drawing preparation, design calculations and technical approvals.
• Source, order and logistically manage materials and equipment in line with approved submittals.
• Supervise on‑site fit‑out activities, conduct equipment inspections and ensure compliance with installation method statements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing fit‑out or interior construction projects in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, coordination processes and local authority requirements.
• Ability to manage resources, budgets and schedules efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
